LegalWill.com.au is a subsidiary of Will Store Pty Ltd, owners of WilPaC; the Do-It-Yourself Will Kit booklets sold throughout Post Offices and newsagencies across Australia.

Will Store Pty Ltd was founded in 1999 by well-known Australian Race car driver Andrew Fisher. After witnessing the heartache and turmoil experienced by the family of one of his closest friends who passed away without having a Will, it became Andrew’s mission to ensure every Australian had access to an affordable, legally valid Will, without restrictive legal fees or ongoing costs.

The LegalWill.com.au team pride themselves in providing a high-quality platform for their customers to create their own Will by following our solicitor-approved, step-by-step guide which can then be printed, signed and witnessed. We also provide superior phone and email assistance.

Unlike other Will companies we do not charge on-going fees, nor do we take a percentage of the estate. Our fee structure is outlined below.
